XOXO By Alicia is a one-woman-run business. I do my best to ship orders as quickly as possible, but please understand that I don’t have control over the Postal Service. Expect delivery within 2-3 weeks, but I'll strive to get your items to you sooner. If you need something urgently, please reach out, and I will do my best to accommodate you.

I’m not satisfied until you are! I offer a 90-day satisfaction guarantee on all buzzing items. If you're unhappy with your purchase or encounter an issue within 90 days from the purchase date, you may return the product for a merchandise credit.

After 90 days, Pure Romance toys are covered by a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects or issues with the materials that affect their function.

REFUNDS (ALL OTHER ITEMS)

Due to the intimate nature of Pure Romance products, returns are not accepted. However, if you receive a defective item, you can exchange it for a duplicate product within 30 days of your invoice date. Unfortunately, merchandise credits are not issued.
